Your travel team,
in your pocket.
Tell GidVoyage where and when in one sentence. It researches every stop, checks places against real map records, plans days you can actually do, and hands you the documents.
You're not buying an answer. You're buying the work.
Every GidVoyage trip is researched, checked and fitted to opening hours and travel times. The receipt shows what went into it — here, a real trip planned in GidVoyage.

Packs from about $20 a trip · no seat fees.
No seats, no contract. You set your own fee to clients.
Will my clients go around me?
Your clients see the trip you send them. GidVoyage does not contact or market to your clients. Next your agency's name and logo on the brochure.
Does it take a commission?
No. You book through your own suppliers and keep your commissions.
What does it do that I don't have time for?
The research: places checked against map records, days fitted to opening hours and travel times, and a brochure in your client's language — the first draft, ready for your judgment.
Who sees my client data?
Your clients live in your agency's workspace, kept apart from other accounts.

Questions
Does it book for me?
No. GidVoyage plans trips; it does not sell, book, or hold payment for travel services. You book where you like — upload your confirmations and it builds the trip around them.
How is this different from asking for an itinerary?
An answer is a list. GidVoyage does the work: places checked against map records, each showing when it was checked; days fitted to opening hours and travel times; documents you can travel with.
What if a place is closed?
Each place shows when it was checked, so you can see what is fresh. Next every place on your days re-checked before the travel pack is made.
Do I need an account?
Yes — the conversation and your draft route are free. Next starting a draft without an account.
What does it cost?
Free to start and to shape your route. $29 per trip when you build it, or packs of 3 trips · $79 and 10 trips · $229. Three changes after the build are included, then $5 each.
Which languages?
The travel pack and the brochure come in seven: English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Hebrew and Russian.
Why “Gid”?
It's the Russian word for a guide — the one who knows the way.
